Customizable tournament brackets?

Give league/tournament admins the tools to set up and customize a bracket for tournaments or leagues where followers can see who plays who in each round of a playoff and ultimately who advances to the final? Since there are many tournament formats it would need to be very customizable and/or give admins the option to manually place teams in positions.
